It will feature parking, a delivery area, a restocking warehouse, a restaurant, and a shopping area with grocery, clothing, and homeware sections. The design will be futuristic to reflect the goal of rebuilding New Cromwell and will incorporate elements of Connecticut's aerospace and shipbuilding industries. This will honor the state's industrial heritage and bring a sense of innovation and progress to the community.
